Robert has experience in the management functionality across a multitude of different sectors over the last 10 years. In 2001, he was involved in the management of a international retail brand in Ireland. Upon returning to South Africa, Robert was appointed in a managerial position in a major player in the South African entertainment industry, where he spent the next 3 and half years. In 2006, Robert was appointed in a operational management position for a well established company in the Credit Management sector.

 ​In 2008, Robert ventured into the entrepreneurial world by starting a recruitment business, with well established business partners. Robert was appointed Managing Director of the firm. Roberts most recent role prior to being appointed by Planworx Consulting, was that of a National Operations and Administrations Management role in the medical sector, undertaking the management of 96 medical clinics. His strengths lay in the strategic management at the NEC level within the group.
